Gosnells PCYC

About Us

Gosnells PCYC first opened its doors in 1975 on the original site where the Maddington McDonald's building is today, in a small Hall donated by the City of Gosnells - generous supporters who continue to support our centre.

We expanded quickly, and outgrew the hall and by 1981 Stage One of the present buildings at the Corner of Lower Park Rd and Alloa Street in Maddington was completed. Stage Two was completed in 1985.

The Centre has a rich history of volunteer and community support, extending over 30 years and values its relationship with the City of Gosnells and the South East Metropolitan Police District. Gosnells PCYC has evolved over 30 years to meet the relevant needs of the community and as such has had to continue to change its delivery of programs.

There is now a strong focus on crime prevention and creating and implementing programs in partnership with other community agencies that have positive outcomes on young people's lives.
