Please make sure you select "livALIVE Membership" when you are asked which fund would you like your gift to go to, even if you are paying for a camp.
In the comments box please indicate exactly what your payment relates to.  Eg. Payment of 4 x livALIVE^TM memberships or Payment for 1 x youth for livALIVE^TM Camp Jan 6^th - 9^th etc
