Member for Armadale Tony Buti is hoping to get the PCYC back into Armadale after pledging $110,000 for the organisation to run a special program, called Off the Rails, for at-risk youth.
The Off the Rails program will be designed to reduce anti-social behaviour in public spaces, particularly around train stations.
Dr Buti said if WA Labor wins the March election the funding would be available for WA PCYC to run the program for one year.
