Accredited training wraps up at Perth metro centres

The Goals 4 Life behavioural change program, that provides a grounding for young people to develop skills to assist their personal growth within the community, recently wrapped up a number of courses:

Certificate I in Automotive in Vocational Preparation

Delivered at Kensington PCYC and Midland PCYC from July through September, 16 trainees commenced with a completion rate of 56%. The program provides a good grounding for youth that wish to enter the Automotive industry and the qualification is suitable for an Australian Apprenticeship pathway.

Certificate I in Leadership (incl. Provide First Aid Certificate)

Delivered at Rockingham PCYC from June through September, 12 trainees commenced with a completion rate of 58%. The course explores the different outcomes between good and poor decision making as well as educates the participants on the critical life and employability skills which enables participants to progress to further education, training and employment.

All courses will resume again in September and October, with newly enrolled participants, in line with the school Term.
