Eight-year-old Subiaco PCYC Kilian Roberts, claimed gold at the Australian National Youth Wrestling Championship in Brisbane.
With a wrestling ability that is unmatched by anyone his age in Western Australia, Kilian Roberts was selected for 2019 Wrestling Western Australia State Wrestling Team to compete at the National Youth Championships in Brisbane.
Kilian demonstrated his excellent technique and determination to win in the 32kg 8-9 year’s male category.
Coach Johnathan Tan said Killian is a dedicated wrestler who trains several times a week with the dream of dominating Australian wrestling.
“Whilst skills are important, Kilian’s attitude shows he has what it takes to reach the ultimate level in Wrestling” said Coach Tan.
