The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a swift shift towards non-face-to-face mental health service delivery. In response to the current context, and in an effort to improve future service provision for children and young people, the team at Telethon Kids Institute have developed a survey to better understand barriers and facilitators to access and engagement with non-face-to-face mental health services. The aim is to improve non-face-to-face service delivery now, and in the future.
Telethon are inviting young people (aged 14-25), parents of children and young people (aged 0-25), and professionals working in the child/youth mental health sector who live in WA to take part in this 15-minute survey.
