Fremantle PCYC is a much-loved hub of the community, operating in its current location in central Hilton since 1976.

Fremantle PCYC runs a vast array of recreational and sporting activities including gymnastics and air rifles. A diverse cross-section of community groups enjoy activities at this Centre, with visitors ranging in age from under one to 80 plus.

  • Air Rifles

    Air Rifles is a competitive shooting sport that requires a high level of discipline, focus and patience. Participants of Air Rifles at PCYC get the opportunity to see their skill level progress each week.

  • Badminton

    For those interested in playing badminton in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for fun, exercise, improvement and a great place to meet new people and socialise.

  • Boogie Woogie

    Boogie Woogie is a music & movement class that suits both boys and girls, full of high energy, fun, props, bubbles, parachute and more.

  • Buster It’s All About Play

    A free, multi-sensory, hands-on active and child centred program that offers creative and fun opportunities for families to learn and play together.

  • Charleyoga

    Gentle therapeutic yoga for all levels, offering experienced teachers and friendly entry level classes. Specialising in complete beginners, injuries, chronic conditions and ageing bodies.

  • Cheer Dance 'n' Acro

    Offers specialised classes to a variety of ages and abilities. Classes are conducted by qualified, passionate and friendly coaches, who aim to allow students to reach their full potential in a fun, friendly and family orientated environment. Girls and Boys from the ages of 2-18yrs are welcome, with classes to suit everyone.

  • FreeG

    FreeG caters for young people looking to participate in adrenaline fuelled freestyle sports.

  • Gymnastics

    PCYC provides a range of gymnastics classes from beginners to state and national squad levels, designed to allow children to progress appropriately, at their own pace.

  • Home School Gym

    In affiliation with Gymnastics WA, this program designed to meet the educational curriculum requirements of socialisation and physical activity. Skills are taught progressively through circuits and other activities and assist in improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. All in a positive, fun, safe environment.

  • Indian Ocean Jujutsu

    Introduction to jujutsu and aikido in a professional and friendly environment.
    Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

  • Judo

    Judo is a modern Japanese martial art that offers physical exercise, discipline, mental focus, fitness, fun, competition, self-defence, confidence and self-control. It is a sport that allows you to set personal or competitive goals while also having fun and making friends in the process.

  • Karate

    Karate provides a great platform for children and adults alike to strengthen all aspects of health and fitness, learn self-defence techniques, and improve self-confidence and general wellbeing. These classes are delivered by experienced and long term instructors who train regularly. We have many parents and children training alongside each other, and new members are always welcome. Female only classes are also offered, with a Female instructor.

  • KinderGym

    KinderGym is a GWA approved toddler play program held at PCYC that is specifically designed for children aged 0-5.

  • Nuline Dance

    Nuline teaches routines dance to a wide variety of music styles: Latin, Pop, Jazz, Celtic, R&B, Waltz, Country and so much more. No partner or dance experience needed, all ages and genders are welcome.

  • Helen O'Grady Drama

    Drama classes for all ages.

  • Noongar Song & Language Classes

    Learn Noongar Language through song. Walyalup Kannajil is an inclusive community choir based in Fremantle led by Kobi Morrison. We aim to deepen our shared understanding of Noongar culture, history & language through song.

  • Pilates with us

    Helping people of all ages stay young in mind and body. Suitable for all levels of experience, these classes are designed to tone and strengthen your entire body.

  • Sugar Blue Burlesque

    Burlesque is for everyone over the age of 18 years old. Sugar Blue Burlesque courses are suitable for men and women, it doesn’t matter what size or shape you are, if you think you are ‘too old’ or have two left feet. Burlesque provides an outlet for creativity, allowing students to feel a sense of liberation.

  • Walyalup Kannajil Community Choir

    An inclusive community choir based in Fremantle. Meeting weekly we aim to deepen our shared understanding of Noongar culture, history and language through song, learning a range of Aboriginal songs in Noongar and English. Facilitated by singer-songwriter and 2018 NAIDOC Youth of the Year Kobi Morrison, with special guest Elders and musicians joining throughout the year.

  • Wasamba Drumming

    With members aged 6 to almost 83, WASAMBA Is Perth’s largest community drumming group. Wasamba drumming offers you the chance to play loud percussion rhythms based on Latin American samba music.

  • Wrestling

    Learn freestyle wrestling, develop self-defence skills, improve your self-confidence and increase your fitness levels. Wrestling is a great sport for males or females of any age and any fitness level.

  • Zumba Gold with Deb

    Zumba Gold offers cardiovascular, toning, and balance training benefits in a party-like atmosphere. The moves are designed to be easy-to-follow for everyone, so you don’t need any dance or exercise experience to get started.
