Broome PCYC aims to work with the young people in Broome, Bidyadanga and surrounding communities along the Dampier Peninsula, to promote and encourage youth development, create a safer and more harmonious environment and reduce the incidences of antisocial behaviour.

Broome PCYC facilitates participation in sporting, recreation, cultural and community programs with an aim to encourage young people to achieve their best in life. The Centre caters to all ages through the provision of boxing and fitness programs as well as a range of recreation activities.

Broome PCYC also offers the Alternate Life Skills Centre (ALSC) , which caters for identified offending youth and youth at risk, in and around Broome, who for a variety of reasons don’t attend school, providing alternative educational pathway into work experience or employment.
