The Boxing program, funded by the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries, as part of the Targeted Participation Program, is a free 20 week boxing-base fitness and personal development program. Monday sessions target junior boys, and Wednesday sessions target male adolescents. The program aims increase the engagement and physical activity of low participation groups, and increase participant resilience and self esteems through connection to community.
