Midland PCYC exists so that disadvantaged children and young people at risk in the Midland area have a safe place to go – somewhere they can feel at home, make friends and do things that young people should do.

The recent refurbishment and transformation of Midland PCYC has seen the facility transform into a vibrant community Centre that offers a diverse range of activities and support services for the benefit of the wider City of Swan community.

Midland PCYC is accessible to all cultural and demographic groups within the community and offers a range of recreational activities and diversionary programs in a safe and supportive environment.

WA Police Youth Crime Intervention Officers (YCIO’s) are present at Midland PCYC providing assistance to centre staff and guidance to young people attending training programs. They support the large variety of programs being conducted at the centre and engage with young people throughout the day, attend home visits and liaise with the local community to bring young people into the centre who are deemed to be at risk. These young people may be at risk due to a variety of behavioural, situational and educational factors.

Midland PCYC is a registered ‘KidSport Club’ and accepts KidSport vouchers for Boxing.
