Rockingham PCYC delivers a variety of programs and activities, for youth and youth at risk within the local community.  Rockingham PCYC provides a safe place for youth to engage in activities and programs, and aims to help youth make positive life changes, by providing them with opportunities to gain worthwhile employment. Rockingham PCYC focuses on breaking the cycle of youth offending, through strong partnerships with the WA Police and government bodies such as South Metropolitan TAFE.

Rockingham PCYC delivers the award winning ‘Weld to Life’ program that provides youth at risk the chance to learn technical skills in a hands on environment. This long running program targets youth at risk what are disengages from mainstream education, and engages them in alternate education in order to provide a pathway into work experience or employment opportunities.

Rockingham PCYC is also home of the local skate park, affectionately dubbed the “Rocko Skate Park”, which is a popular place for the young people of Rockingham to hang out.
