Broome PCYC Showcase Young Talent

Published: April 23, 2018 12:00am
On Friday 20th April, young people in Broome came together to showcase their talents at Broome PCYC’s ‘Our Young Mob Got Talent’ talent show as part of this year’s Youth Week celebrations. The event was a huge success, and featured live music performances and local acts, as well as lots of activities available for young people to enjoy including ping pong, slime and face painting, as well as artwork displayed by talented young artist Kathleen Clifton. The day was made possible thanks to the support of many local community businesses and volunteers who helped set up, provide food, and made sure everything ran smoothly, including the Broome Police, Red Cross, Broome Nursery and Pets, Troppo Sound Broome, Sports Power Broome, Radio Goolarri as well as Nicholas Eastwood from Serco music for lending his drum kit and Eddy Bokma for lending his guitar. Check out the Gallery below for photos from the day, and make sure to head over to the Broome PCYC Facebook page.
