Collie PCYC is at the heart of the community, both in its location in the centre of the town and as the main go-to place for local young people.
Collie PCYC provides a range of recreational activities and specialised programs designed to engage young people of all ages. The Centre has great support from the local community due to its quality programs, and services to the community.
FreeG caters for young people looking to participate in adrenaline fuelled freestyle sports.
Boxing has been a key activity at PCYC since it began as the Police Boys Club in 1941. Over the years it has continued to develop and is still to date, one our most popular recreational activities. All of our boxing classes cater to all fitness levels and ages.
Air Rifles is a competitive shooting sport that requires a high level of discipline, focus and patience. Participants of Air Rifles at PCYC get the opportunity to see their skill level progress each week.
PCYC provides a range of gymnastics classes from beginners to state and national squad levels, designed to allow children to progress appropriately, at their own pace.
safeSPACE™ is our core diversionary program for vulnerable children and young people at risk. Programs are run before school, after school and into the evening. The most popular programs are after school, where some children come to enjoy the many activities on offer and others to avoid challenging home environments. Either way, safeSPACE™ creates a home away from home where young people can relax, make friends and be entertained.
Police Rangers is an adventure-based, youth development activity, funded by Cadets WA and operated jointly by the Western Australia Police Force and PCYC. Police Rangers is open to all young people of high school age – not just those interested in becoming a Police Officer
