PCYC is the leading WA youth organisation. We work with the WA Police Force, Community and Government Agencies to ensure that young people across WA reach their potential. This all happens from our 16 centres located from Albany in the South, to Kununurra in the North-West. We know that the fastest way to creating parity for our youth is through education and sustainable employment opportunities, by providing alternative pathways to traditional schooling. WA PCYC’s RTO; Institute of Training (IOT) leads this capability across the WA PCYC network.
We are currently looking for an RTO Enrolments Officer. This is a permanent part-time opportunity, based in Kensington.
Position Overview:
The role of the RTO Enrolments Officer is to support the function of the Student Referral and Enrollments process of the IOT Department. Responsibilities include:
  • Collation and management of student files (physical and digital)
  • Overall referral and enrolment coordination and effective administration support to trainers, youth workers and supporting staff.
  • Ensure all data and records from course students are managed and up-to-date.

About you:
  • Knowledge of DTWD Business Rules and VET Fees and Charges Policies
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience facilitating Enrolment discussions for/with disengaged “Youth at Risk” Students, highly desirable
  • Admin and/or community services qualification highly desirable
