FreeG Collie kids

Published: November 10, 2019 12:00am

FreeG is an exciting combination of gymnastics, parkour, obstacle training and freestyle movement.

Two of our Collie PCYC boys competed in the Gymnastics WA FreeG competition in Perth last weekend and claimed first and second positions in their divisions.

In the freestyle competition, Beau came in first place and also took out overall winner for his divisions. Zak finished in second place for the same divisions.

Collie PCYC Manager Linda Gallagher said, “It’s a relatively new sport where young people can get the adrenaline pumping through a mix of traditional gymnastics, acrobatic tricks and martial arts - the kids in Collie can’t get enough of it”.
