The Police Rangers ‘Rookie Instructor of the Year’ Award was presented to Cameron Williams of the Geraldton PCYC Police Rangers Unit.

The Rockingham PCYC Police Rangers Unit also collected a number of achievements including Senior Sergeant Abby Heath who was awarded the ‘State Police Ranger of the Year’ Award for her developed leadership qualities and mentorship towards other fellow Rangers.

Rockingham PCYC Life Members Martin and Marilyn Chircop were also presented with 10 Year Service Medals and 15 Year Bars from Cadets WA for their continued service and dedication to the Rockingham PCYC Police Rangers Unit.

PCYC CEO, David van Ooran, who attended the ceremony, said it was fantastic to see so many PCYC Police Rangers and Unit Leaders recognised for their hard work throughout the year. Particularly for volunteers who dedicate their time to the Rangers and the program.
