Albany PCYC home to 450 locals on Christmas Day
Over 450 people came through the doors at Albany PCYC for the Annual Community Christmas Lunch. The annual event provides Christmas dinner and festive cheer for some of the city’s most vulnerable residents, many of whom would have spent Christmas alone otherwise.
Albany PCYC Manager, Terry Eaton, is committed to supporting the community event, which has been held at Albany PCYC for the past five years.
“It’s all about coming together as a community, and making sure that everyone has a place to go, food to eat and friends to celebrate with on Christmas day”, said Terry.
A big thanks to everyone that made the lunch possible, including hosts Steve and Karen Marshall, Grace & Glory Ministries International, PCYC staff and volunteers and numerous and local businesses that kindly donated to the event.
