Celebrating Christmas Kimberley style!

Last month, young people and staff at Kununurra PCYC decorated a Kimberley-style Christmas tree with homemade decorations and baubles made from boab, kurrajong, and kapok.

The decorating was followed by a delicious Christmas dinner featuring a roast ham, crispy potato bake and roast veggies.

Over 25 young people plus the centre staff all sat down to enjoy the food prepared by Scotty, the Programs and Activities Coordinator, and it didn’t take long for all the food to disappear!
