Once a month, Gosnells PCYC welcomes a group of up to 15 adults living with disability to participate in the Tru Kolors Twist and Shout dance program. Identifying the need for more programs for people living with disability in the Gosnells area, PCYC Centre Manager Alan Elliot said it was important to work with community organisations in order to provide opportunities for people of all abilities. “We are excited to have this wonderful group come to our Centre on a regular basis and use our facilities for their structured activities”, said Alan. Participants in the program are members of the Tru Kolors organisation that provide people living with disability the opportunity to participate in enriching and challenging experiences in a fun learning environment that respects individual needs.
