Record Breaking Halloween Fun!

22 Blue Light™ events were hosted across the state in October with a total attendance of 2,027, a 42% increase compared to last October.

This record-breaking trend is in line with the end of year results, where attendance to Blue Light™ events increased by 80% compared to 2020-2021.

Halloween discos were the most popular event in October, with the largest disco hosted at Tom Price, with 400 children and young people attending.

PCYC Centres also had their fair share of Halloween fun, with most centres hosting a Halloween-themed event.

Kalgoorlie PCYC had 270 children and young people attend their disco, joined by many more parents and siblings.

A big thank you to all the Blue Light™ Units and PCYC teams that put so much effort into organising the events. It’s a highlight in the calendar for children every year.
