VIP visit to Gosnells PCYC

Gosnells PCYC was honoured to receive a visit over the holidays from Terry Healy MLA, Member for Southern River.

Mr Healy enjoyed seeing the children having fun at the centre and practising their gymnastics skills during the school holiday program.

The visit highlighted the benefit of the Centre’s affordable school holiday programs for young people and the range of recreational activities on offer, from gymnastics to boxing.

The Centre also provides opportunities for young people to further their education by accessing the Certificate I in Leadership through our Institute of Training.

Mr Healy concluded his visit by thanking the PCYC team and local Police Officers.

“I had a great visit at our Gosnells PCYC today. Every PCYC in WA does amazing work with our local young people,” he commented.
